Travel Journal is a personal travel website operated by Krissel Dawn. We share personal travel experiences, destination guides, suggested itineraries, transportation and accommodation tips, travel budgets, photographs, videos, and recommendations.

Our content is intended to inform and inspire readers planning their own trips. Individual experiences may differ.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information. However, transportation schedules, prices, entrance fees, opening hours, visa requirements, accommodation availability, and local regulations may change without notice.

Our articles reflect our experiences or information available when they were written or updated. Please independently verify important details with official authorities and relevant service providers before making travel arrangements. We cannot guarantee that every detail will remain current, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

Some features may require a Travel Journal account, created using email and password or an available third-party sign-in service such as Google Sign-In.

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not access accounts belonging to other users.
• Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use the website in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activities, or other prohibited conduct.

If you use Google Sign-In or another authentication provider, certain account information may be shared with Travel Journal with your authorization and subject to that provider’s privacy practices.

Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their operation or availability. Deleting your Travel Journal account does not delete your Google account.

You may request deletion of your Travel Journal account and associated personal information at any time through our User Data Deletion page.

We may require email verification before processing a request. Once verified, we review the request, erase eligible personal data, and remove the account where appropriate, subject to applicable legal obligations and permitted retention. Backup copies may remain until routine expiry.

Unless otherwise indicated, original articles, photographs, videos, graphics, and other original content on Travel Journal belong to Krissel Dawn or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may read and share links to public articles for personal, noncommercial purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Republish substantial portions of our articles.
• Redistribute or commercially reuse our original photographs or videos.
• Present our work as your own.
• Sell, license, or distribute our original content.
• Remove copyright notices or attribution.

Travel Journal is not the seller or booking provider for transactions completed through independent third-party sites. Please use Travel Journal lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

You retain ownership of your original contributions but grant Travel Journal a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and technically process them as needed to operate the relevant features. Travel can involve changing weather, transportation disruptions, health and safety concerns, and local requirements. Our itineraries are examples based on particular experiences, not guarantees of identical results.

You are responsible for evaluating your travel plans, budget, documentation, physical capabilities, and safety needs. Our content is not professional legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice.

We aim to keep Travel Journal available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, hosting interruptions, security updates, or events beyond our control may affect availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

We have not designated a specific governing country or court in these Terms. Applicable governing-law and jurisdiction rules will be determined under relevant legal requirements. Nothing here removes rights or protections users have under applicable law.
